NOW                     Pre-sell your customers. Write "See us at Booth #____ March 3 & 4 at the 50th Annual Ocean City Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Association's Trade Expo" on your website, invoices, direct mailings, and advertising. 

NOW - FEB. 6       Make your hotel reservations. Begin inviting your customers by giving them a VIP Pre-Registration invitation. Call our office at (410) 289-6733, and we will ship them to you. 

NOW - FEB. 16       Expo Sponsorships - OPTIONAL - Bag Sponsorships due by JAN. 5

NOW – FEB. 27       Avoid excess late charges, order your electricity, draping etc., now - Form #3 Conv. Center Services Order Form

JAN. 5                     Balance due on your booth space.

JAN. 12             Get your customers excited – Remind them of the show – this is a reason for a sales call - personally hand them a VIP Pre-Registration invitation- order yours today.

FEB. 2                     Early Pricing Deadline for Lead Retrieval - (lead retrieval forms)

FEB. 8                     Expo Program Ad Form due 

FEB. 9                     Show Specials & New Products Form Due 

FEB. 16                   Certificate of Insurance due to show management for beer, wine & spirit vendors.  

FEB. 23                   First day shipments will be accepted.

MAR. 1                    Customers’ free pre-registrations due to show management.  After this date customers can register at the door for $25.00 per person

MAR. 1                    Exhibitor Badges Registration due - 10 badges per booth. Go to OceanCityTradeExpo.com to register. On-site registration is $10 per person.

MAR. 1                    Move-in 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

MAR. 2                    Move-in 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

MAR. 3                    Move-in 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.   
                                Expo Hours – 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.     
                                4:45 pm- Local shelter collects surplus food products.
