Plans are underway for the 38th Annual Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Association Trade Expo which will be held on March 4 & 5, 2012 at the Ocean City Convention Center. Filling three halls of the Convention Center, this Expo has grown to be one of the areas premier industry events. Attendees have the opportunity to experience what will be tomorrow’s hottest trend. This face-to-face interaction provides a valuable, efficient, and cost-effective opportunity to engage buyers and sellers.
Rather than going door-to-door and cold calling, this regional Expo is a great way to generate leads in just two days. With booth pricing for a standard 8 x 10 at $550 and 10 x 10’s at $600, exhibit space remains the most affordable around. Couple the low booth costs with the non-union facility and exhibiting couldn’t be made any easier. New this year, all Exhibitor news releases will be posted on the Expo website, as well as, in a special “on-site press” area during the Expo.
Bringing together hospitality buyers and sellers has always been paramount to the Ocean City Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Association. In fact, they consider themselves as "people connectors." In order to connect the hottest topics and latest trends, they've partnered with the Restaurant Association of Maryland and the Maryland Hotel & Lodging Association to produce this years Educational Sessions; more to come later!
Expo hours are Sunday, March 4th from 11:00am – 5:00pm and Monday, March 5th from 11:00am – 4:00pm. The Expo is limited to the trade only; to attend, guests must be in the lodging or dining business, or a liquor store, convenience store, cafeteria, nursing home, hospital or school. Exhibitors and Attendees must be 21 to attend.
