JAN. 18 Get your customers excited – Remind them of the show – this is a
reason for a sales call - personally hand them a VIP Pre-Registration
invitation.
JAN. 29 Pre-orders for dry ice due. See page 6
FEB.12 Fill out Form #1 - complimentary sign form, see page 10
FEB. 12 Avoid excess late charges, order your electricity,
draping etc., now-Form #3 Conv.Center Exhibitor Rental Form Back
FEB. 19 Customers’ free pre-registrations due to showmanagement.
After this date customers can register at the door for $10.00.
FEB. 19 Exhibitor Badges Registration due. Go to
www.oceancitytradeexpo.com to register. On-site registration is $10 per
person.
FEB. 25 First day shipments will be accepted. See page 5.
MAR. 5 Move-in 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
MAR. 6 Move-in 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
MAR. 7 Move-in 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Expo Hours – 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
MAR. 8 Expo Hours – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
2:45 pm- Local shelter collects surplus food products.
MAR. 8 Move-out 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and on March 9 from 8 a.m. – Noon
